There is plenty of space around the furniture so that you are not tripping over each other, or need to shuffle sideways between wall and bed.

Hanging in the wardrobe are two warm and fluffy bathrobes just waiting for you to snuggle in while reading a good book or watching the telly.

The sun shines through north and east facing windows so that the Lilac Room with its cosy comfortable arm chair and two seater couch allows you to relax in your own comfortable private space and enjoy each others company while watching the native birds in the Blackwood and Gum trees. Lounge

Our guest lounge has ample comfortable chairs which can be easily moved so you can choose whether you sit as a large group or as a cosy couple.
There is an open fire to share on cold winter nights. There is nothing more relaxing on a cold winter’s day to curl up in a chair next to the fire with a delicious afternoon tea in each other’s company watching the mountain change as the weather closes in.
A TV and DVD are discretely in a corner but there for every ones enjoyment. 
The family piano has pride of place which you are very welcome to play.
There’s a chess set just waiting to be played along with cards and other board games. We have a library which has books of the local area and Victoria for your enjoyment.

Breakfast Room

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room or on the verandah

            Our motto at Breakfast is “everything fresh”
           
Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
Cereals including Leonie’s Homemade Muesli
Fresh Fruit of the season Locally grown eggs cooked anyway you like

Bacon and sausages from the local butcher
Locally grown tomatoes and mushrooms when possible
All served with Lou’s famous home baked bread
And who could resist Leonie’s berry muffins baked each morning just for you

We pride ourselves in taking care of any special needs with food:
Allergies and dietary requirements are catered for with particular consideration.
Among the many recipes that Leonie has there is a great one for bake beans for those who prefer a vegetarian breakfast. 

The furniture in the breakfast room is very versatile it can be arranged so groups can be seated together or couples can sit romantically by themselves.

The Verandah

The traditional bull nosed verandah is large enough for all our guests to sit in one large group, or if preferred you are able to sit by yourselves while still sharing with other guests.
Afternoon tea is baked especially for you and served on the front verandah weather permitting.
With the magnificent views sitting sipping a wine or reading a good book is a very pleasant way to spend a few hours.
If you are visiting in Spring the King Parrots will soon make friends with you as they love to be hand fed.
